Discipline & Appeals (D&A)

With each season of soccer and many new members in our club, the following information is provided regarding the Discipline and Appeals Committee of the PGSA Board of Directors. 

If you find the need to report a potential violation of the club’s code of conduct or any other potential disciplinary infraction, please email pgsadiscipline@gmail.com.  Provide all relevant information you have including the date, time and location of the incident, the individuals involved, any potential witnesses to the incident, and a description of what prompted your referral.  After you have submitted a referral, contact will be made with you by a member of the Discipline and Appeals Committee to follow up.  Please contact us with any questions you have regarding the referral process.
